4-day workweek ResourceMFG is hiring an experienced Inventory Control Technician for a manufacturing facility in Durham, NC. This is not an entry-level inventory position. Candidates must have at least 2 years of hands-on cycle counting and inventory control experience. What You'll Do Perform daily cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records Research and resolve inventory discrepancies Reconcile physical inventory with system quantities Identify shortages, overages, and incorrect inventory locations Receive, organize, label, and store materials Move materials between storage, production, and staging areas Update inventory using ERP/WMS systems Monitor stock levels and report inventory issues Verify incoming and outgoing materials Veterans Encouraged to Apply Veterans and transitioning military personnel with experience in inventory control, supply, logistics, material management, warehousing, or similar military specialties are encouraged to apply.
