Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Supply Chain Associate to support a Sterile Processing Department (SPD) for a hospital located in the Raleigh-Durham area. This individual will be responsible for managing inventory, stocking supplies, processing deliveries, RFID tagging inventory, and ensuring sterile processing teams have the necessary materials to support daily operations. This is a hands-on position working within sterile processing environments and supporting a high-volume hospital setting. Day-to-Day
Make inventory rounds throughout the Sterile Processing Department.
Monitor supply levels and replenish inventory as needed.
Receive deliveries and unload inventory from trucks.
Process supply returns and manage inventory orders.
Ensure SPD teams have all required materials to support 150-180 surgical cases per day.

Education ○ High school diploma or GED.
Experience in inventory management, stocking, supply chain, logistics, or material handling.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage inventory priorities.
Comfortable learning and utilizing inventory management systems. Experience using RFID scanners.
Healthcare experience (clinical or non-clinical).
Operating Room (OR) or SP experience.
Previous SAP or other inventory system experience.
