Position Summary:
Timken is seeking a dedicated Logistic Operator to join our Logistic team. In this role you will operate various pieces of mobile equipment to unload, store, and issue inventory throughout the plant. This role requires attention to detail, adnce to safety and quality standards and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Essential Responsibilities:
Operate powered industrial equipment according to established prores and standards.
Picks up, transports, and delivers materials from one location to another throughout the facility.
Pulls materials based on order requirements.
Enters or removes material information within SAP and Shop Floor System.
Ensures all inventory control documents areplete and accurate.
Collaborate with team members and management to achieve production goals.
Follows all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Maintain a clean andanized work area.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
18 years of age or older.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience as a Forklift Operator or similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Intermediateputer knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
- Effectivemunication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
