What You'll Do Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records for ingredients, packaging materials, supplies, and other inventory items. Enter inventory transactions into the computer system and update records as materials are received, moved, or used. Perform regular inventory counts and investigate discrepancies. Work closely with warehouse, production, purchasing, and shipping teams to maintain accurate inventory levels. Help track product lot numbers, expiration dates, and material usage to support food safety and traceability requirements. Identify inventory shortages, excess stock, and potential issues before they impact production. Prepare inventory reports and maintain organized documentation. Assist with inventory audits and continuous improvement efforts. What We're Looking For Previous inventory control, warehouse, data entry, or clerical experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, and inventory management systems. Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn. Experience in food manufacturing or with inventory tracking systems is a plus.
