1‑hour unpaid lunch Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support inventory control, receiving, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations. This role is heavily focused on inventory accuracy, including correcting inventory locations, retagging materials, conducting recounts, and ensuring inventory records remain accurate. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and experienced in warehouse environments where accuracy and attention to detail are critical. Must‑Haves Strong attention to detail Minimum 6 months of recent sit-down forklift experience Experience with inventory counts and order accuracy Ability to maintain accurate inventory records Strong attendance and reliability Qualifications Background in warehouse operations including: Shipping Receiving Inventory management Order fulfillment Material handling Ability to quickly learn product knowledge Forklift operator experience required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to bend, twist, pull, and stand for a full shift Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

Inventory Control Assist with inventory management and cycle counting activities Correct inventory locations as needed Retag inventory and warehouse materials Conduct inventory recounts and audits Verify inventory quantities and investigate discrepancies Maintain accurate inventory records Warehouse Operations Pull and prepare orders for shipment Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials Maintain inventory organization and proper storage locations Support daily warehouse material handling activities Equipment Operation Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently Move materials throughout the warehouse Support receiving, stocking, and shipping functions Safety & Housekeeping Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe warehouse environment Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse standards Assist with general warehouse housekeeping activities Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs Frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, pulling, and lifting Ability to perform physical warehouse tasks throughout the shift Additional Notes Job duties may align with positions such as: Floater Pipe Yard Inside Associate Pipe Yard Outside Associate Receiving Associate Receiving Clerk Returns Associate About SGF Global Who We Are SGF Global is an integrated talent solutions provider, offering staffing, recruitment, Employer of Record (EOR), nearshore, and consulting services across a wide range of industries in 35 countries.
