Job Description

Inventory Clerk - Full-Time (Manufacturing Environment)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30
PM Work Environment:
Office and manufacturing setting with exposure to loud noise and various materials; PPE required. About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to help maintain accurate inventory levels and support daily operations within a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys data accuracy, problem-solving, and cross-department collaboration. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular cycle counts of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and expensed items. Regularly conduct cycle counts of expensed, semi-finished, and raw materials. Enter, verify, and post inventory data in SAP. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Track inventory accuracy and report trends. Perform audits, receipts, and year-end physical inventory. Participate in daily communications and meetings. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in manufacturing or distribution preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic math skills; proficiency with SAP, Excel, and other standard software. Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
