No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently. Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility. Receive and verify incoming materials against packing slips and inventory records. Pick and deliver materials to designated production and storage areas. Maintain accurate inventory counts and records. Perform routine cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies. Label, organize, and properly store materials. Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities as needed. Maintain clean, organized, and accessible storage areas. Inspect materials and report damaged, missing, or incorrect items. Follow all company safety policies and material-handling procedures. Communicate inventory or material shortages to supervisors and appropriate departments. Perform other warehouse and material-handling duties as assigned.
