Shift Warehouse Inventory Associate Job Description:

PrideStaff is currently working with local manufacturers and distribution warehouses seeking two Warehouse Inventory Associates. The Warehouse Inventory Associate will handle storage and tracking of product and equipment within the warehouse, receive items, and prepare items for shipment. The ideal Warehouse Inventory Associate has experience in inventory management, shipping, and receiving.

Warehouse Inventory Associate Job Responsibilities:

Maintain Correct Inventory, Enter Received Items & Ensure Inventory Locations are Correct Verify Received Item Count Matches Packing List Conduct or Assist with Inventory and Daily Cycle Counts Inspect Incoming & Outgoing Products or Parts for Damage Deliver Items to Appropriate Location based on Router or other Documentation Ensure Items are Free of Defects Before Packaging Follow Packing List & Bill of Materials to Correctly Pack &/or Palletize Items & Affix Appropriate Labels; Update Computer with Shipment Details Follow All PPE & Safety Guidelines Other Duties as Assigned by

Supervisor/Manager Warehouse Inventory Associate Job Requirements & Working Conditions:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required 1+ Years of Warehouse Inventory Experience Preferred Basic Computer Skills, Data Entry & ERP System Experience are Required NetSuite Experience is a Plus Must have Basic Math Skills (Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication & Division) Demonstrates Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills Ensure Quality Control is Followed Experience Operating Sit-Down & Stand-Up Forklifts is a Plus Must be Able to Sit, Walk, & Stand for Extended Periods of Time & Lift up to 50
