Inventory Associate Pay Rate:

$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday-Saturday, 12:00 PM-8:00

PM Days Off:

Sunday and one weekday Position Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Associate to join our warehouse team. The Inventory Associate will be responsible for completing the RMA inventory process, maintaining accurate product counts, identifying and reporting discrepancies, and supporting smooth inventory operations in a fast-paced produce distribution environment. Key Responsibilities Complete the RMA inventory process accurately and efficiently. Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy. Identify, document, and report inventory discrepancies promptly. Assist with investigating and resolving inventory issues. Maintain accurate records of product movement within the warehouse. Verify product quantities and inventory information. Work closely with warehouse supervisors and other departments to maintain accurate inventory levels. Follow all company safety, food safety, and quality procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform other inventory-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience with inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse operations preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to learn quickly and accurately record information. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in a refrigerated warehouse environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be dependable and able to work the required schedule.
