We are looking for a dependable Inventory Clerk to support a short-term Contract assignment in Levittown, PA. This opportunity is well suited for someone who is comfortable working in a business casual setting and can handle inventory-related tasks with accuracy and efficiency. The role will focus on stock counting, supply organization, and general operational support while assisting with additional projects as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical inventory counts and record quantities accurately to support inventory control activities
• Organize office and workplace supplies to maintain orderly storage areas and improve item accessibility
• Assist with order picking by locating materials and preparing items for internal use or distribution
• Update inventory information and help verify stock levels against available records
• Support the Office Administrator with a range of assigned tasks tied to daily operational needs
• Help maintain a clean, structured, and efficient work area throughout the assignment
• At least 1 year of experience in inventory, stock handling, or a related support position
• Ability to perform accurate item counts and work carefully with inventory records
• Familiarity with inventory tracking, asset inventory, or physical inventory processes
• Comfortable assisting with order picking, supply organization, and general clerical support
• Able to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks during a short-term assignment
