Job Overview We are seeking a detailed -oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team. The inventory Clerk will be responsible for managing and tracking inventory, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting warehouse operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Complete inventory tasks using a PDA Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventory Update inventory and management systems Coordinate with inventory Manager to ensure proper storage Assist with order fulfillment Requirements Proven experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or supply chain analytics within a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles including demand planning, procurement, and materials handling. Proficiency with ERP systems such as AS400 or equivalent; experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred. Familiarity with logistics operations including shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and materials management. Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement process improvements effectively. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong communication skills for collaborating across departments including merchandising, procurement, and warehouse teams.
