If you share our values, come find your place in our global community. You will be based in our Springfield, TN location. This shift will start at 4:45 am and end 1:10 pm Monday-Friday. This role supports the production line and will follow productions needs. Please be advised that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position at this time.

Your main tasks:

Autonomous Decision-Making

Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating the ability to make quality-related decisions

Quality Assurance

Inspect parts for defects and proactively adjust, maintain high-quality standards for manufactured parts

Record Keeping and Inventory Management

Maintain accurate records and schedules

Qualifications:

Demonstrate proficiency in identifying parts by visual inspection, distinguishing between various part numbers (model numbers), and conducting precise inventory counts

Proficiency in computer skills, including HMI interface and teach pendent operation

Ability to perform minor machine setups and follow TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) practices.

Forklift experience with completion of Forklift Training before job assignment

Skill in quality inspection and adjustment of operating parameters to ensure parts meet integrity specifications

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Should be able to team lift any package greater than 35 lbs. but less than 71 lbs.

Should be able to handle repetitive twisting, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, and bending

Must be able to spend long periods of time on your feet
