The Inventory Control Clerk supports day-to-day operations by helping maintain inventory accuracy, conducting inventory analysis, contributing to procedural development, and providing recommendations. This role helps maintain oversight of inventory status and movements, including on- and off-book spare parts inventory, raw materials, and Infra inventories. Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $28-$30/hr. Key Responsibilities Assist with training new and existing employees in inventory control procedures. Assist with coordinating and executing special, semi-annual, and annual inventory audits. Identify and report slow- and non-moving parts. Assist with vendor audits. Assist with spare parts, raw materials, and Infra cycle inventories. Assist with raw materials inventory audits. Generate reports from G-EMS, NERP, iEMS, and other inventory systems. Assist with investigating inventory discrepancies and report findings to the operations team. Assist with investigating inventory procedure errors, including goods-issue, goods-receipt, and failed transactions. Assist with inventory adjustments to maintain inventory accuracy. Assist with the development, refinement, and validation of procedures. Help maintain the GR discrepancy log and support investigations, resolution, and related procedures. Execute Zesati return processes for spare parts and raw materials. Coordinate off-site warehousing requests for spare parts and raw materials. Support research and inventory analysis across spare parts and raw materials. Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 5+ years of experience in inventory management. Experience with inventory management systems required.
