Full-Time Position:

Chuck Stevens Chevrolet is seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Retail Delivery Coordinator & Inventory Specialist to support our Sales, Service, and Management teams. This position plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring our inventory is professionally presented both online and on the dealership lot. If you enjoy working around vehicles, interacting with customers, creating social media content, and being part of a fast-paced dealership environment, we'd like to meet you. Responsibilities Photograph all new and used vehicle inventory on the day it arrives. Upload and manage vehicle photos for online listings. Create and publish at least one Facebook video each business day featuring dealership inventory or promotions. Coordinate incoming trade-ins and auction vehicles with the Service and Detail departments. Maintain lot appearance and ensure inventory is clean, organized, and properly displayed. Complete eligible GM OnStar enrollments and Blue Button Welcome Calls. Prepare and complete vehicle delivery paperwork. Deliver vehicles to customers while explaining vehicle features and technology. Operate the dealership key management system and maintain accurate key tracking. Assist the Sales and Service Departments with customer follow-up and service-to-sales opportunities. Assist with vehicle movement, inventory organization, and other duties assigned by management. Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills. Comfortable using smartphones, cameras, and computers. Social media experience (Facebook video creation is a plus). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is preferred. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Preferred Experience Automotive dealership experience preferred but not required. Experience with inventory management, photography, or customer delivery is a plus. GM OnStar knowledge is beneficial but training will be provided.
