This role balances administrative office duties with hands-on floor management, requiring an equal split of time between both areas. You will be responsible for maintaining precise inventory levels by leveraging advanced tools such as SAP, Synapse, and RF technology to monitor and refine our stock processes. Core Duties Direct inventory oversight for a facility exceeding 500,000 square feet, maintaining accurate records for over 800 distinct SKUs. Leverage SAP, WMS, and RF platforms to track stock movements and resolve data inconsistencies as they arise. Help achieve total inventory reconciliation to ensure the entire team benefits from reliable stock counts and superior data integrity. Investigate inventory discrepancies to uncover root causes and establish permanent solutions that prevent recurring errors. Contribute to workflow optimization by applying Lean methodologies to reduce waste and enhance overall operational efficiency. Act as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, providing clear and professional support for all inventory-related inquiries. Resolve on-floor inventory disputes with a professional approach to ensure that all customer requirements are consistently satisfied. Manage daily priorities effectively to meet operational deadlines, including a willingness to extend hours when necessary to finalize critical tasks. Generate and maintain comprehensive inventory reports to keep leadership informed of emerging trends and potential challenges. Qualifications Possess 3-5 years of professional experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory control, specifically utilizing SAP, WMS, and RF systems. Demonstrate a history of successfully managing large-scale inventory environments with high SKU counts and expansive square footage. Show a proven ability to perform accurate reconciliations and drive long-term sustainability in inventory practices. Demonstrate high technical proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and specialized warehouse management software. Maintain a proactive, solution-oriented mindset while taking full ownership of assigned responsibilities to support team success.
