Supership USA is looking for a dependable and ambitious Inbound & Inventory Specialist to help build an exceptionally organized and accurate operation at our growing Camarillo facility. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in getting the details right, enjoys creating order, and wants to contribute to something that is still being built. You will help ensure inventory enters our facility correctly, remains organized and accurate, and is always available where our team needs it. You will play an important role in making that happen every day. What You'll Help Build An inbound and inventory operation that is exceptionally organized, accurate, and dependable. Strong receiving, replenishment, consolidation, and inventory-control processes for our growing U.S. operation. What You'll DoReceiving and Putaway Safely and efficiently unload incoming shipments. Count, inspect, label, and document newly received products. Compare shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and system records. Identify damages, shortages, overages, incorrect products, and labeling issues before they create larger problems. Photograph and clearly document discrepancies when required. Enter receiving information accurately using scanners, inventory systems, spreadsheets, and other tools. Organize products for staging, putaway, quarantine, or assigned storage locations. Complete putaway accurately and confirm that inventory is stored in the correct system and physical locations. Keep receiving docks and staging areas clean, organized, and ready for the next shipment. Inventory Management and Organization Replenish forward-picking locations so the fulfillment team has the inventory it needs. Consolidate partially filled locations, pallets, and containers to improve organization and make better use of space. Move inventory between locations while ensuring every movement is accurately recorded in the system. Maintain clean, logical, and clearly labeled inventory locations. Perform cycle counts, spot checks, and other inventory counts as assigned. Investigate inventory discrepancies and help identify their root causes. Check for misplaced, incorrectly labeled, damaged, or unaccounted-for inventory. Help maintain accurate separation of sellable, damaged, quarantined, and pending inventory. Support inventory reorganizations, SKU relocations, and space-optimization projects. Monitor storage areas for opportunities to improve accessibility, organization, and capacity. Communicate inventory issues quickly and clearly to supervisors and other team members. Supporting the Operation Follow Supership procedures, client-specific requirements, and workplace safety standards. Help keep receiving, storage, staging, and inventory areas clean and orderly. Support order fulfillment, shipping, returns, and other operational priorities when needed. Look for practical ways to make receiving and inventory processes faster, clearer, and more reliable. Previous receiving, inventory, fulfillment, logistics, forklift, or pallet-jack experience is welcome—but it is not required.
