This role focuses on developing relationships with fence installers, contractors, landscapers, and other construction professionals, while promoting our in-stock steel, vinyl, and other fencing products. The ideal candidate is outgoing, dependable, and comfortable communicating with customers both in person and by phone. Fencing, building materials, construction, or B2B sales experience is preferred but not required. Duties Develop new customers through field visits, phone calls, referrals, and other sales outreach. Visit contractors, installers, construction sites, and local businesses to introduce our fencing products and services. Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable fencing materials, products, and solutions. Prepare and follow up on quotes, orders, pricing, and customer inquiries. Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales. Coordinate with warehouse and operations staff to ensure orders are prepared and fulfilled accurately. Maintain customer and sales records and provide regular updates on leads and sales activities. Stay familiar with our products, pricing, inventory, and current promotions. Skills & Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Self-motivated and comfortable with both field sales and customer follow-up. Sales or customer-facing experience preferred. Experience in fencing, building materials, construction, wholesale, or B2B sales is a plus. Ability to learn product specifications and explain them clearly to customers. Basic computer skills, including email, Excel, and sales/order systems. English and Mandarin bilingual ability preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Ability to travel locally throughout the Greater Los Angeles area.

Compensation:
