Position Type:

On-Site Required:
Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
2-5 years of experience in project coordination, operations, inventory management, reporting, administration, or business support functions.
Experience supporting business operations or project teams.
Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools.
Experience within automotive, logistics, customer service, inventory management, or operations environments preferred.
Responsibilities:
Supports lemon law and customer care operations through inventory administration, reporting, project coordination, and operational support activities.
Assists in the management and oversight of a nationwide portfolio of buyback vehicles while supporting business initiatives, vendor coordination efforts, process improvement projects, and executive reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Administration & Operational Support:
Assist with day-to-day administration of the national lemon law buyback vehicle inventory portfolio.
Monitor inventory status, vehicle milestones, aging metrics, title activity, storage locations, and disposition progress.
Maintain accurate inventory records and supporting documentation.
Coordinate with internal business teams and external vendors to resolve inventory-related issues.
Support vehicle tracking, reporting, and data validation efforts.
Assist with inventory audits and compliance reviews.
Reporting & Analytics:
Prepare recurring operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
Track key inventory, vendor, and operational performance indicators.
Support executive reporting packages and leadership presentations.
Identify reporting discrepancies and assist with data quality initiatives.
Create ad hoc reports and business summaries as requested.
Project Coordination:
Assist in coordinating operational and technology-related projects.
Track project milestones, action items, risks, and deliverables.
Schedule meetings and maintain project documentation.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT), process documentation, and implementation activities.
Follow up with stakeholders regarding outstanding deliverables and project dependencies.
Assist with cross-functional communication and project status reporting.
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination:
Coordinate activities with storage providers, transportation vendors, legal partners, and other service providers.
Support vendor performance tracking and reporting.
Maintain documentation related to vendor activities and operational processes.
Assist in resolving routine inquiries and operational issues.
Process Improvement & Documentation:
Maintain standard operating procedures and process documentation.
Identify opportunities to improve administrative efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Support workflow improvement initiatives and implementation efforts.
