Full Job Description Job Title:

Lab Technician Duration:

Expected to be a 6 months contract with the possibility of extension.

Location:

Lake Bluff, IL - 60044

Pay Rate:

Responsibilities:

High output transfer of compounds with tracking. Documentation of all work in Microsoft Excel. Receiving and stocking of laboratory supplies. Disposal of laboratory waste products.

ACCOUNTABILITY / SCOPE

Completes daily responsibilities as assigned by lab head. Adherence to EHS safety mandates.

QUALIFICATIONS

AS or BS in scientific field (chemistry or biology preferred). Attention to detail is critical. Ability to prioritize effectively and multi-task within an environment of shifting deadlines and demands. Familiarity with laboratory balances and practices. Able to work independently and within a team setting. Ability to lift 25 pounds. Working with potentially hazardous materials, PPE required. No previous industry experience is required. SUN1

$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
