In 2014, we introduced the industry's first widely-produced, industrial-grade, all-electric press. Today, Anatol Equipment Manufacturing Co. remains one of the world's leading screen printing equipment manufacturers with our machines in over 70 countries. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Inventory Coordinator. Position Overview This is a hands-on position that combines inventory control and administrative responsibilities with physical warehouse work. The Inventory Coordinator will help plan and conduct inventory counts, investigate and resolve discrepancies, maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts and equipment are properly identified, stored and organized. Responsibilities Help develop and maintain an organized inventory control process for parts, equipment and other warehouse materials. Plan, schedule and conduct physical inventory counts. Participate directly in counting, identifying, labeling and verifying inventory throughout the warehouse. Compare physical inventory counts against system records and identify discrepancies. Research inventory discrepancies and work with Accounting and Operations to determine and correct their causes. Maintain accurate inventory quantities, locations, descriptions and related records. Monitor inventory movements and help ensure incoming and outgoing materials are properly recorded. Establish and maintain clearly defined and well-organized warehouse locations for parts and equipment. Help organize and improve warehouse storage areas to make inventory easier to locate, count and control. Identify damaged, incomplete or incorrectly recorded inventory and coordinate appropriate corrective action. Assist with receiving and verifying incoming inventory as needed. Develop and maintain documentation related to inventory counts, discrepancies, adjustments and reconciliation. Identify recurring inventory problems and recommend process improvements to prevent future discrepancies. Assist with general warehouse organization and inventory-related projects as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, parts management or a related role preferred. Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment or with capital equipment is required. Experience conducting physical inventory counts. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and investigate discrepancies. Good organizational and record-keeping skills. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software. Ability to communicate effectively with warehouse, operations and accounting personnel. Ability to prioritize tasks and follow inventory issues through to resolution. Comfortable performing both administrative work and hands-on warehouse duties. Physical Requirements Ability to regularly walk and work throughout a warehouse environment. Ability to bend, reach, crouch and access inventory stored in various warehouse locations. Ability to lift and move parts and materials weighing up to 50lbs. Ability to safely use warehouse equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, ladders and other equipment as required.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
