Job Overview Busy, Recreational Cannabis shop looking for a new team member. The ideal candidate will be very knowledgeable about cannabis. Strong computer skills are also necessary to help manage inventory. We're seeking a dynamic and energetic Inventory Management Specialist to join our team! Responsibilities Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked, properly labeled, and appealing. Conduct regular stocking, inventory checks, and merchandising to keep the sales floor inviting and well-maintained. Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing support remotely. Assist Customers with purchases and make recommendations based on individual needs Assist Managers with inventory tracking system, including creating product profiles, online store details, and METRC compliance Labeling and packaging products prior to storage or sales floor Identify any compliance shortcomings and make adjustments to ensure we are compliant with OCP rules Requirements Clean, professional appearance Knowledge of Cannabis and Cannabis products Able to communicate clearly, and articulate subtle differences between products Reliable Must be able to stay calm under pressure College Degree Required Must be 21 and able to pass a background check Energetic yet chill vibe Total Compensation package is base pay + tips

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
