3002570016-2 Apply for this job now Job Description GXO Logistics is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support our high-volume transportation and warehousing operations. In this role, you will perform daily cycle counts, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and maintain accurate records within our WMS. You'll investigate variances, coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams, and support inbound/outbound audits to ensure inventory integrity. Using data and RF scanning technology, you'll help optimize stock levels, support KPI reporting, and uphold GXO's safety and quality standards in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with opportunities for growth. Responsibilities Perform daily cycle counts and full inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances Update and maintain inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS) Use RF scanners and data tools to track, locate and verify inventory Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams on inbound and outbound shipments Prepare inventory reports and support KPI tracking for management Ensure compliance with safety, quality and operational procedures Support process improvements to optimize inventory accuracy and efficiency Assist with physical inventory events and reconciliation activities Communicate inventory issues and recommendations to supervisors and stakeholders Required Skills Inventory control Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Cycle counting RF scanner operation Data entry and reporting Excel or similar spreadsheet tools Stock reconciliation Basic logistics and warehousing knowledge Root cause analysis for variances Safety and quality compliance
