We are seeking a dependable, organized Inventory Specialist to manage parts and equipment inventory in a fast-paced heavy equipment environment. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working both at a computer and in the shop or yard. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, organize, label, and track parts, supplies, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using computer-based systems.
- Identify parts and equipment and assist with locating items for shop and field personnel.
- Monitor stock levels, help place orders, and verify incoming shipments.
- Perform regular inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
- Keep storage areas, parts rooms, and workspaces clean, safe, and organized. Required Qualifications
- Computer experience, including data entry and inventory software.
- Working knowledge of heavy equipment, machinery, and related parts.
- Ability to safely perform frequent heavy lifting and other physical tasks.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 32.0 per week
