Full Job Description Travel :
Limited travel. Attendance at various Kinney business meetings and industry conferences required.
Scope of Responsibilities:
Oversees the operations of various employees when their work relates to areas defined in the job summary listed below. Responsible for training and development of subordinate staff, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies
Job Summary :
Responsible for the meeting inventory management goals of company. Transferring Pharmaceutical and OTC items necessary to meet or exceed corporate pharmacy sales. Interfaces with divisional pharmacy personnel as needed to achieve corporate goals.
Job Duties:
Responsible managing pharmacy inventory across all business segments Works with pharmacy personnel to transfer or return inventory for full credit Assists pharmacies with reaching inventory goals using Supply Logic or other systems available, helps with item set up for appropriate product order levels, assists in transfer and return of items thru proper channels. Monitors DC inventory to support pharmacies and company goals Works with pharmacy teams to resolve 340B inventory spikes Coordinates wholesaler cleanups and routine returns Assists pharmacy and warehouse personnel in identifying product issues including recall, outdates and other issues as necessary and manages associated tracking reports Responsible for managing and monitoring reverse distribution for outdates, works with vendors to receive proper credit. Responsible for the assessment, evaluation and implementation of technologies needed to maximize efficiencies within supervised departments Assists in the budgetary planning process Interfaces with various auditors and outside agencies, as needed Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs Perform other duties as assigned
