Job Summary:

Seeking a highly organized and experienced Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize inventory management operations for Endicott Precision in Endicott, NY. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations, minimizing costs, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement inventory management strategies. Manage and maintain inventory records. Track and report on inventory metrics. Analyze inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient supply chain operations. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in inventory management, ideally with a background in metal fabrication. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in inventory management software and systems. Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., supply chain management, logistics).

Preferred:

Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
