Job Description

Full‑Time Cannabis Greenhouse Inventory Specialist Needed We're looking for a dedicated, detail‑oriented individual to join our greenhouse team full‑time. This role focuses on inventory tracking with METRC , and includes some cultivation duties.

Position Details Pay:

$18-$20 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule:

Regular business hours, full‑time

Environment:

Fast‑paced, hands‑on work; must be comfortable working in environmentally strenuous conditions (heat, humidity, extended standing, lifting, etc.) Key Responsibilities Track watering schedules, IPM actions, growth cycles, and planting schedules. Track inventory for plants, supplies, and materials with accuracy Assist with potting, transplanting, organizing stock, and general greenhouse upkeep Support daily operational tasks to keep the greenhouse running efficiently What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑moving environment Comfort working in varying temperatures and physical conditions Experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person If you're passionate about plants, organized, and ready to work in a dynamic greenhouse setting, reach out to apply.
