Job Description

Description:
Inventory Control Coordinator / Cycle Counter Pelham Road in Greenville, SC | Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Join the power behind the turbines. We're a precision-driven manufacturing team supporting the industrial gas turbine industry — where every component, shipment, and detail keeps energy moving across the world. If you thrive in an organized, hands-on environment and take pride in keeping operations running like a well-oiled machine, this is your chance to make an impact.
What You'll Do:
Take ownership of shipping and receiving — from packaging and scheduling pickups to managing bills of lading and documentation. Keep our inventory dialed in with accurate counts, smart tracking, and clean organization. Partner with production and materials teams to efficiently and safely move parts and materials through the process. Keep your area (and your forklift) in top shape with 5S discipline and a sharp eye for detail.
What You Bring:
4-7 years of shipping, receiving, and inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment. Forklift skills (certified is a plus — or we'll get you there). A knack for staying organized, calm under pressure, and laser-focused on accuracy. Pride in safety, teamwork, and doing things right the first time.
Why You'll Love It Here:
You'll work in a clean, well-lit, temperature-controlled environment where precision matters and people care about their craft. You'll be part of a team powering industries that keep the world turning — literally. Did I forget to mention we have monthly catered luncheons? Ready to move energy forward? Apply today and bring your skills to a company where organization meets innovation. As part of our hiring process, candidates may be asked to complete pre-employment assessments related to the position. These assessments help us evaluate the skills, abilities, and work-related strengths needed for the role and provide additional insight as we determine the best fit for both the candidate and our team. Ushers Machine and Tool Co., Inc. /Aalberts surface technologies - machining solutions is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to a diverse and inclusive workforce. We do not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws.
