This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, managing detailed processes, solving problems, and keeping things organized in a fast-paced, growing company. What You'll Do Inventory & Data Management Track and manage branded corporate inventory across our three third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse locations. Monitor inventory levels and assist with balancing inventory between warehouses to support efficient storage and fulfillment. Reconcile physical inventory counts provided by 3PL partners against digital inventory records. Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and 3PL partners to resolve issues and keep orders moving. Jump in wherever needed to support the Product & Logistics team and broader corporate initiatives. We're a Team That Helps Each Other We're a small, collaborative team, and everyone pitches in. While your primary responsibilities will focus on inventory and logistics coordination, there will be times when you'll be asked to help with projects outside your normal day-to-day responsibilities. That could mean helping kit products for a new launch, preparing materials for a marketing event, peeling protective tape off acrylic displays, or simply jumping in wherever an extra set of hands is needed. If you're someone who thinks, "I can help with that," you'll fit right in. What We're Looking for Must-Haves 1-2 years of experience in an office, inventory, logistics, operations, or coordination role. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while staying organized. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently while also communicating and collaborating effectively with a team. Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and other business systems. Proactive mindset with a willingness to investigate problems rather than simply flagging them. Ability to work primarily from our Provo, UT office. We'd Love to See Experience with Shopify or a warehouse management system (WMS). Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers. Experience coordinating with vendors or production suppliers. Education or coursework in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
