Student Worker, ABF Freight ABF Freight - 3.5 Fort Smith, AR Job Details Part-time 1 day ago Qualifications Computer operation Confidential information handling Productivity software Full Job Description Job Description The Student Worker, ABF Freight is responsible for a variety of office procedures which varies by the department in which the student worker is employed. The position offers some flexibility when working around the student's class schedule. Responsibilities Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages. Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer. Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers. Open, sort, and route incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail. Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities. Other duties and projects, as assigned.

Requirements Education:

Pursuing Bachelor's Degree, required

Experience:

No prior experience necessary

Computer Skills:

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional Requirements:

Must be able to maintain highly confidential information.

This is a part time position that will average fewer than 30 hours per week. Work hours generally fall between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with occasional irregular hours depending on workload.
