Train across local delivery routes in Rogers to provide seamless coverage during team member absences.

Cross-train on alternate routes in area to assist with regional route coverage.

Operate company-provided vans safely to and from regional locations, starting and ending each workday at the Rogers facility.

Safely transport and deliver goods in a timely, professional manner.

Perform physical loading and unloading of inventory and delivery items.

Maintain clear communication with dispatch and office leadership regarding route schedules and delivery status.
