Job Description
Tarp Assistant Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30PM Pay Rate:
$16.90/hourPosition:
Full-Time We are currently seeking a reliable Tarp Assistant to support daily operations in a recycling/worksite environment.Job Duties:
- Assist with placing and securing tarps over dump trucks.
- Ensure tarps are properly positioned and secured before trucks leave the area.
- Keep an accurate count of recyclable materials within the designated area.
- Monitor and organize recycling materials as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be comfortable working outdoors.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Must be dependable and punctual.
- Ability to accurately keep track of material counts.
- Comfortable working around dump trucks and recycling materials.
