  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Preparation:
    Assist in prepping the soil for grading or trenching by clearing debris and watering soil. You will also grease, fuel, and maintain the machinery
  • Manual Labor:
    Use shovels, rakes, and other hand tools to perform various tasks, including digging and moving materials.
  • Heavy Lifting:
    Safely lift and carry heavy objects as needed
  • Learning Opportunities:
    You will learn to lay pipe, shoot grade (find elevations), proper soil moisture for grading, and understand the fundamentals of underground construction work.
  • Team Support:
    Work collaboratively with heavy equipment operators and other crew members to fulfill daily project requirements.
  • Site Cleanliness:
    Maintain a clean and organized work environment by disposing of waste materials and keeping tools in order.
  • Safety Compliance:
    Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
  • Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • no experience necessary
  • Ability to work in outdoor environments and withstand various weather conditions.
  • Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
  • Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
  • Valid driver's license is a plus.
