Job Summary California Rock Crushers is currently hiring for laborer positions. Laborers are the eyes on the ground of the operation. They ensure the ground is maintained and material does not build up places it shouldn't. They assist in maintenance operations, and check the site for any hazards that may arise. Laborer positions have the unique opportunity of being the fast track into Operator and Foreman positions if the candidate shows a strong work ethic and the ability to perform the job effectively. Responsibilities Assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of machinery, including crushers, loaders, dozers, and skisteer. Support maintenance activities by handling materials, parts, and components with precision and efficiency Use hand tools and power tools to assemble products or perform routine maintenance tasks within the facility Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote safety and operational efficiency Follow safety guidelines diligently and report any hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to quality standards Skills On-time performance to work is critical Common sense and ethical work practices Ability to lift over 60lbs Ability to redirect on the fly to changing work conditions
