We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing manual labor tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This is an entry-level position that offers the opportunity to learn and grow with our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual labor tasks, including dusting, lifting, carrying heavy, moving materials and equipment.
• Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of facilities, including cleaning, painting, and repairing structures.
• Operate heavy machinery, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and cranes, as needed.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of goods and supplies.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Participate in team efforts to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Skills:

• Ability to perform manual labor tasks with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and equipment.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
• Basic knowledge of construction or maintenance techniques.
