Position:

Manufacturing Laborer We're looking for a skilled, reliable, and motivated Manufacturing Laborer to join our growing team. If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in precision, and want to be part of a supportive team that values your contributions, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing As a Manufacturing Laborer, your role will be hands-on and essential to the production process: Assemble materials according to specifications with a focus on accuracy and detail. Use hand and power tools confidently and safely to complete tasks. Measure and cut materials using tape measures and other tools — precision matters! Assist the Shop Supervisor with daily warehouse and production tasks. Wrap and move pallets , unload trucks, check and distribute incoming materials. Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop and warehouse space. Support shipping and receiving operations as needed. What You Bring to the Team A natural mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on work. Experience and comfort with tools, machinery, and manual labor . Ability to read a tape measure accurately and follow assembly instructions. Strong initiative and attention to detail — you take pride in doing the job right. Fluent in English or Spanish.
