Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform general labor tasks such as lifting and moving materials, loading/unloading vehicles, digging, refilling holes, mowing, and trimming. Direct traffic as needed (training provided if necessary). Assist with litter control and additional site tasks. Operate equipment and tools as required. Follow all safety rules and company policies. Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisors.Qualifications Education/Experience:
Required:
High school diploma or GED; 0-4 years of experience.Preferred:
Associate's degree or equivalent experience.Skills & Requirements:
Preferably bilingual (English/Spanish). Reliable transportation required. Traffic directing experience is a plus (training available).Licenses/Certifications:
None required. PPE Requirements We provide all required personal protective equipment (PPE) except steel-toe boots , which employees must bring. Hard hat (provided) High-visibility vest (provided if needed) Steel-toe boots ( employee must provide ) Long pants (shorts not permitted) Eye protection (provided) Work Environment Frequent physical activity, including lifting up to 30 lbs. Outdoor work in varying weather conditions. Occasional exposure to dirt, odors, noise, and occupational risks (cuts, burns, chemicals).
