Position Objective:

The Floater / Laborer performs a variety of duties and assists the team in a safe and effective manner to minimize the risk of injury and property damage. Serving as the right-hand to the technician team, the Floater / Laborer will assist in the daily functions of the repair warehouse and create a more efficient production atmosphere.

Job Functions:

Clean equipment and production areas. Safely pick up parts from vendors and deliver them to the warehouse. Assist technicians with repairs, tools, equipment, and cleaning. Run errands as requested by management.

Marginal Responsibilities:

Perform other duties as assigned.

Education / Experience

High School education or equivalent required. Driver's license required. Competency Requirements Safety is the number one priority. Ability to follow instructions and execute tasks with minimal supervision. Team-oriented and will assist team members as needed. Execute work with accuracy and efficiency. Must be able to drive and delivery equipment to and from various locations in the area. Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening. Physical Requirements Regular sitting, standing, bending, and walking; must be able to climb on equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly. Work Environment Warehouse environment located in Morton, Illinois. Salary $18

• $24/hour, commensurate with experience.
