Looking for dull, or part-time! Large residential community looking for cleaning person. Candidate must be detailed and task oriented. Position is physically demanding and applicants must be able to stand for 6-8 hours a day and be able to lift 35 lbs. Units all need to be deep cleaned and prepared for a new resident to move in. Deep clean includes but not limited to washing down walls, pulling appliances out of their spots cleaning them inside and out. scrubbing down bathrooms ceiling to floors. removing small items that may have been left behind. This job is not for slackers or easily disgusted. Cleaning up other peoples messes is not for everyone. Must have a can do attitude! We provide all cleaning supplies!
