Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Laborer and become a vital part of our production process! In this energetic role, you will support various operational tasks within our manufacturing facility, ensuring smooth and efficient production flow. Your hands-on approach and mechanical aptitude will help us meet quality standards and safety protocols while contributing to continuous process improvements. This position offers an engaging environment where teamwork, safety, and technical skills come together to drive success. Responsibilities Assist with assembly line operations, including mechanical assembly and manual handling of parts and materials Operate power tools and hand tools safely to support manufacturing tasks Use measuring instruments and interpret technical drawings to ensure precise assembly and quality standards Manage heavy lifting requirements safely, following all safety protocol guidelines Support process improvement initiatives by adhering to lean manufacturing principles and suggesting efficiencies Maintain accurate production documentation, including logs, reports, and inspection records Follow safety standards rigorously to uphold a safe working environment for all team members Qualifications Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in assembly or mechanical tasks Ability to operate forklifts (certification preferred) and other industrial equipment safely Skilled in using measuring instruments and interpreting technical drawings or technical documentation Familiarity with manufacturing management systems or production document interpretation is a plus Comfortable with manual handling, heavy lifting, and working on an assembly line for extended periods Strong commitment to safety protocol adherence, including safety standards in production environments Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to manage or support production or assembly teams effectively Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a tangible impact! Pay:
$160.00 - $240.00 per day
