8-hour shifts | Monday-Friday Raise is currently hiring a Elevator Worker in Grand Ledge, MI 48837 on behalf of our client. They're expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader. Responsibilities Dump and load railcars and trucks Operate grain dryers Assist with grain handling operations Perform general housekeeping duties Assist with general maintenance as needed Requirements Demonstrate a strong commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero-injury culture and follow all company safety procedures Have a high school diploma or equivalent Maintain regular and punctual attendance Physical Requirements Standing and sitting for extended periods Working in confined spaces and at heights Bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders Working in varying conditions, including heat, cold, and dusty environments Lifting up to 55 lbs. unassisted Be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently while also contributing effectively in a team environment Maintain a professional image and a positive, respectful attitude at all times Looking for meaningful work?
