As a Water Utility Worker, you'll join a collaborative team ensuring that our clients can deliver their services - uninterrupted. Based in Jackson, MS you'll have the opportunity to perform a variety of tasks in the servicing and corrective maintenance of water systems, including maintenance of vehicles, tools and equipment. You'll operate and maintain vehicles, equipment and tools to load and haul product, dig and refill trenches, maintain grounds and buildings, and carry or hold materials, supplies and tools to assist other maintenance personnel. You'll also maintain accurate records and perform other duties as required. Most importantly, you'll take action to ensure the safety, health and well-being of you and your team. As an essential function of the position and as a business necessity, this role requires regular travel by motor vehicle to client sites, project locations, and other work-related destinations in connection with the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities. Accordingly, a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record are required for this position.
