Shop Helper / Equipment Support We are a concrete equipment repair shop looking for a dependable shop helper to keep operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on role supporting mechanics and field crews with general shop tasks, organization, and basic equipment handling.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with specialty projects (building & inventory)
• Clean and organize shop, tools, and work areas
• Assist technicians with repairs and setup
• Put away parts, manage inventory, and keep things in order
• Perform basic maintenance tasks (oil changes, cleaning machines, etc. - we will teach you!)
• Run occasional errands or deliveries
• Manage project or task from beginning to end (covering all bases)

• Great communication (in person and emails)
• Reliable and shows up on time every day
• Willing to work hard and stay busy
• Comfortable with physical work and getting dirty
• Basic mechanical ability is required
• Must be detail-oriented
• Take pride in a job well done (big or small)
• Ability to take direction and work independently
• Valid driver's license (REAL ID) is required
