Description Our client is seeking a Laborer to join their team. As a Laborer, you will be part of the work crew supporting hands-on installation and site readiness. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, the ability to follow instructions, and the willingness to work outdoors and on your feet.

HOUR Shift:

8am - 2 or 3 pm What's the Job? Unloading pallets and moving product to the work area

Assisting with installation tasks as directed by the crew

Cleaning up the worksite and maintaining a safe, organized area

Listening to and following instructions from the team

Supporting team lifting efforts (lift 50-100 pounds with a team lift) What's Needed? Ability to listen to and follow instructions

Comfort working outdoors and in weather-appropriate conditions

Ability to lift 50-100 pounds with a team lift

Awareness of the weight of pieces—if something is too heavy, ask for assistance instead of attempting to move it alone
