Job Description
The Maintenance person is responsible for a wide range of maintenance activities within the community, including but not limited to: Exhibiting an exemplary work ethic and punctuality Walking to read water meters and distribute bills and notices Upkeep and repair of machines and equipment,remodeling, washing the work truck, and occasional painting Lawn care such as mowing, weed eating, and edging Plumbing tasks including digging, installing water/sewer lines, clearing blockages, and replacing water meters Ensuring the community is clean by picking up trash Performing community inspections Basic repairs and general maintenance tasks Ability to work alone or in a team setting Keeping a safe, organized, and sanitary workspace, including the shop, office, and all common areas Communicating effectively with staff and management Understanding and adhering to all policies and procedures.
• The ideal candidate will have prior maintenance experience, strong organizational skills, excellent follow-up abilities, attention to detail, take pride in their work, and be reliable.
• Must have: A valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for work are required. Pay Range $18.00
