Job Description Laborer

•De Leon, TX This is a full-time, hourly position

Responsibilities:

Operate / learn to operate tractors and forklifts Climb ladders to various heights Work overtime, weekends and holidays during harvest (Sept

•Nov) Load / Unload peanuts wagons and trucks General housekeeping duties (ie.

•clean equipment and buildings) Assist other personnel and supervisors as needed Qualifications To be considered for an opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria: Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures High school education or equivalent is preferred Exhibit regular and prompt attendance Able to meet physical requirements of the position included, but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing, working at various heights, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, working in a variety of weather conditions, and/or lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted. Exhibit professional image at all times; maintain a positive and respective attitude Previous experience in maintenance related fields (cutting/welding, electrical) are preferred Must have a valid Driver's license (CDL's are a plus) ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
