Overview Yard Laborer Patriot Compression & Services - Inez, Texas Patriot Compression & Services is looking for a dependable, hardworking Yard Laborer to join our team in Inez, TX. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in keeping a shop and yard clean, organized, and running efficiently. Responsibilities Keep the shop, yard, and work areas clean and organized Pick up and properly dispose of trash and debris Mow grass and weed eat as needed Organize tools, parts, equipment, and materials Assist mechanics with general shop and yard tasks Help load, unload, move, and stage equipment and materials Maintain a clean and safe work environment Assist with general maintenance around the facility Perform other duties as needed to support shop operations Qualifications Dependable and willing to work Good attitude and strong work ethic Able to work independently and as part of a team Able to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions Must be able to follow directions and maintain a safe work environment Previous oilfield, mechanical, or shop experience is a plus, but not required What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, reliable, and not afraid to get their hands dirty.
