Responsibilities:

Load and unload freight from trailers, trucks, and containers Sort, stage, and organize freight by route or destination Secure loads to prevent damage during transportation Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, hand trucks, and warehouse equipment as needed Verify shipment quantities and inspect freight for damage Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow OSHA and company safety policies Assist with warehouse organization and inventory control Communicate effectively with supervisors, drivers, and warehouse staff Meet productivity and attendance expectations Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 35-50 lbs. regularly Ability to stand, bend, twist, and work in a fast-paced environment for extended periods Ability to work overtime or flexible schedules as needed
