Full Job Description Job Title:

Entry-Level Manufacturing Laborer - Assembly AE Control is a manufacturer looking for a dependable, hands-on Laborer to join our production team. In this entry-level position, you'll learn to assemble our products and build shunts, working with a variety of tools and materials in a steady, team-oriented shop. If you like staying busy and take pride in quality work, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Assemble parts and components to specification Build shunts as part of our core product line Perform touch-up spray painting on finished parts Organize, stage, and handle raw materials Sandblast parts for surface preparation Cut wire to required lengths Operate a band saw safely and accurately Use hand tools in daily work Use a torch safely as part of the assembly process Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe Qualifications Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with your hands Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to [50] lbs Willing to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE Manufacturing or shop experience a plus, but we'll train the right person Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm 9/80 schedule may be offered, with every other Friday off Benefits [Health insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, 401(k), etc.] On-the-job training
