Clarificion from the agency (1) Arkansas Air Nional Guard (AR ANG) Technicians; (2) All members of the AR ANG, (3) Individuals who are not members of the Nional Guard but who are eligible to acquire membership in an available and compible military grade for excepted technician positions. (Upon selection, must be a member of the AR Air Nional Guard). Duties Help 1. Serves as the program manager for the fleet custodial account, vehicle authorizion and utilizion programs. Prepares and defends base level submission for central appropried fund procurement of motor vehicles and other budgetary accounts. Determines, coordines, and ensures effective fleet utilizion; conducts and coordines vehicle validions, establishes and maintains Mission Essential Levels (MEL), priority vehicle recall listings, and conducts vehicle rotions. Manages, coordines, and communices fleet support, stus, and utilizion issues with unit commanders, Nional Guard Bureau, and DoD enterprise wide fleet managers. Reviews and coordines on stements of work and performance requirements documents requiring government vehicles. Evalues vehicular equipment for inclusion in Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS). Performs fleet management and operions analysis, manages the vehicle control program. Screens equipment requirements and obtains authorizions for vehicles and equipment to meet the unit's mission. Determines required maintenance; prepares and manages records to reflect changes in stus of vehicles and equipment. Maintains the General Services Administrion (GSA) vehicle lease program supporting the unit mission; accounts for vehicles, arranges with contract vendors in the local area for maintenance, services and warranty work; notifies GSA Regional Fleet Manager of stus and maintenance actions; provides program oversight, reports damage and ensures budgetary funds are programed and available. 2. Determines, coordines and ensures timely development of weekly, monthly, and yearly operional and maintenance plans for assigned general and special purpose vehicles and a variety of equipment. Projects parts, contract services, funds, and personnel required. Assigns work priorities and schedules vehicles and equipment for repair, inspections, and preventive maintenance based on considerion of shop capability and the requirements of the unit. Schedules and conducts maintenance planning meetings to refine and incorpore unscheduled maintenance requirements. Manages production workload and MEL requirements to ensure th minimum fleet levels are maintained and makes necessary adjustments to the production schedule. Analyzes, plans, and controls production independently, makes adjustments to meet deadlines, ensuring the most efficient and economical use of facilities and skilled labor. 3. Manages, formules and performs analytical da reviews on a wide range of production indicors to assist in improving productivity or in determining causes of production delays. Serves as the primary vehicle account custodian, ensuring accuracy within the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) and other automed processing systems. Collects, consolides, performs analysis and reconciles variances to ensure da integrity within associed programs. Incumbent coordines between other ANG units, the Nional Guard Bureau, Department of Defense (DOD) agencies, and the Government Supply Agency (GSA) to ensure accure accountability for vehicle receipt or transfers. Controls, reviews, and aligns vehicle authorizions, allocions and assets. Collects, manages, and documents man-hour utilizion da, warranty tracking da, and parts procurement da to ensure FMIS accurely reflects sustainment cost and vehicle replacement eligibility. 4. Performs Meriel Control functions. Manages delayed parts, bench stock and working stock; Inities, monitors and follows up on part requests. Checks, verifies and revalides all parts requirements. Tracks Non-Mission Capable Stus (NMCS) reportable vehicles by the mission capability (MICAP) reporting system. Coordine all repair cycle asset mters; set up, inventory, reconciliion and management of supply points; turn in of serviceable and unserviceable assets, management of Due In From Maintenance (DIFM) assets.

Upon selection, must complete mandory Full-Time Support (FTS) Training the Professional Educion Center (PEC) within six months of assignment (if applicable, training coordined by the supervisor). Technicians will not be militarily senior to their full-time supervisor or wage leader (Grade Inversion). Enlisted members currently a higher grade than allowed by the position (see Military Grade Requirement above) may apply; however, they must administrively reduce prior to appointment and provide confirmion of the reduction to

Qualificions
GENERAL EXPERIENCE
Progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work th indices ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE
: 1 year equivalent to least next lower grade level - Experience, educion or training scheduling workflow in more than one area and responsible for coordining products or merials from support activities. Experience in performing or supervising journeyman level work in a production facility. Experience preparing job or work orders; scheduling various phases of projects into the production facility; following up to see if work is progressing as planned and arranging for adjustments in merials, machine processes, and work sequencing allowing for changes. Experience with current automion support programs to input da, provide stus of equipment, and monitor job order stus, monitor work priorities, requisition repair parts, track repair parts stus, etc. Educion

Manages Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTO) program. Takes action to order and follow up on needed parts kits for each TCTO. Plans and schedules TCTO accomplishments within requirements. Manages vehicle Service Bulletin (SB) and Quality Deficiency Reporting (QDR) program in compliance with United Stes Air Force (USAF), Air Nional Guard (ANG), and local directives. Manages and audits cost da to ensure all merials are valided and properly charged. Coordines load testing and repair of load bearing equipment (i.e.; cranes, deicers, and bucket trucks); obtains copies of load test certificion, maintains official files of the stus of equipment, and ensures budgetary funds are available for such tests. Manages the Quality Assurance (QA) program ensuring compliance with standards and regulory guidance. Manages the vehicle and equipment warranty and contract vehicle maintenance program, to include scheduling repairs with local warranty providers. Programs and schedules vehicles for depot maintenance repairs, inities and tracks requests for locally manufactured items. Serves as a Quality Assurance Evaluor (QAE). 6. Participes as OJT Instructor in the Vehicle Management area. Conducts instructional classes on methods and procedures of operion and fleet management. Evalues effectiveness of instruction, documents and maintains individual /section training and qualificion records. 7. Performs other duties as assigned.
