About this opportunity As a Logistics Coordinator, you will assist the Brokerage Operation with after-hours customer support, providing a high level of communication in a timely manner. You manage essential updates that our customers require and expect from a first-class service provider. Pay and Schedule This position is Monday-Friday 3:00PM-12:00AM. MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor and maintain email communication for customer updates. Schedule, confirm or enter pick-up and delivery appointment times as necessary. Answer phone calls from drivers, dispatchers, and customers. Maintain reliable communication with customers regarding changes in pick-up and delivery schedules and potential service failures. Address problems and provide escalation when necessary to the correct account or operations manager. Maintain and update accurate information in company's operating systems. Maintain confidentiality of company information.
