Role:
As our Transportation Office Specialist, you will provide general office support across logistics, customer service, dispatch, executives, accounts payable and receivable, and the service team.
Your responsibilities include:
Supporting logistics and dispatch with daily administrative tasks, documentation, and communication. Assisting customers, drivers, and team members with professional and timely communication. Helping executives and office staff with scheduling, recordkeeping, and general office responsibilities. Assisting with accounts payable and receivable tasks while maintaining accurate and organized records. Supporting the service team with paperwork, coordination, and other daily office needs. Learning company systems and processes while helping different departments stay organized and work together efficiently.
